In task 1, a methodology for identifying a company on a regional scale was developed by using databases of public registers (ZUS, REGON, CIDG, and tax administration) and their geospatial identification and analysis taking into account the structures of public administration were provided. Based on the analyzed and analyzed applications concerning: spatial diversification of the SME sector in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie voivodeship, characteristics of the SME sector in payments with typologies used in the literature, differentiation of communes in the voivodeship in technical concessions, differentiation of communes in the voivodeship in economic concessions, SMEs and sectors – connections the level of advancement of enterprise innovation with Analyzes characterizing communes (based on big-data exploration analyzes)
A program combining and reporting data on the SME sector for individual communes was developed, which allows for automatic generation of reports presenting the situation of the SME sector in individual communes against the background of similar communes in the voivodeship (identified based on the cluster analysis carried out) and against all communes in the voivodeship. Based on the developed methodology, conducted analyzes (included in partial reports) and conclusions, the final report on task 1 “Spatial diversity of the micro, small and medium-sized enterprise sector in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship” was prepared, which summarizes the results of the research together with conclusions for the Regional Measure Economic Observatory in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. This report synthetically presents the results of analyzes, in particular regarding the diversity of municipalities in terms of size and characteristics of the micro, small and medium-sized enterprises sector in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship.
